When the National Association of Postal Supervisors awarded us their website redesign, we provided them and their 30,000+ members with a centralized solution for member forum and management, e-commerce, event registration, and news delivery.

Step 1 Information Architecture

Through multiple stakeholder interviews and targeted user research, we balanced internal and external user goals and built a high-fidelity prototype that communicated the design inspiration and technical specs to launch the redesign.

Step 2 Visual Design

Vim crafted an interface that was more modern and professional in attempts to portray a world class organization representing the interests of United States postal employees.
