Axure Pro Social Media Icons Widget Library
Ever wonder why there are so few Axure Pro widget libraries for social media icons? Because they take an eternity to make!
Between creating, sizing, and saving images and choosing labels and icons, you end up hiring help just to churn out a reusable widget. I use social media icons for client prototypes regularly and constantly importing images gets old, so I've put together a widget library for Axure Pro to speed up everyone's wireframes and prototypes.
A special thank you goes to IconDock.com for providing the "Vector Social Media Icons" set that was used to create this Axure widget library. Note: the company logos in the icons are the copyright of their respective owners.
A Tip for Widget Excellence
What do you notice about these two icons?
That's right, the one on the left is crisp and clean while the other is blurry and pixelated. If you're planning to add more icons to this widget set, keep it consistent. In the widget library window pane, right-click the icon you want to clean up and select Widget Properties:
From the Widget Properties dialogue box, select Import Icon and choose the correct file (remember, if you're choosing an icon for a 16px widget, use a 16px icon!):
Bravo, Axure widgeteer! Your icon should look much nicer now when you view it in the Widgets window pane.

Can’t install this Library.
Zip does not contain rplib file.

I’ve noticed that some RPLIB files extract into multiple directories when unzipped on a Mac instead of a single file. I’ve replaced the ZIP file with the actual RPLIB file for you. Try it again and let me know if it works.

I am still facing the same problem as Aivaras (above)
‘Cant install this Library.
Zip does not contain rplib file’
btw I am working on windows 7 platform. Will appreciate if any one could help?

Try again, I’ve replaced the ZIP file with just the rplib file. It should work now regardless of Mac or Windows platform.

That is impossible only because the original ZIP files have been deleted off the server leaving only the stand-alone rplib file to download.
All I can suggest is try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps! Otherwise, I’ll just email it to you, not a problem.
